We work in the Portes du Soleil area of the French Alps and neighbouring resorts and act as an agent to clients in a wide range of matters connected with design and construction.
We primarily undertake commissions for new chalet builds where clients already have their own land though will also consider renovations, conversions, and refurbishments. We translate a client’s requirements into a design, produce construction drawings and specifications, apply for permits, and manage the building work. Personal service is fundamental to the way we work.
We are totally bilingual in French and English and have an intimate knowledge of French building techniques and administrative procedures. We also have considerable experience and are ideally placed to respond to the wishes of clients who need someone on the ground to act on their behalf in turning their dream into reality without the stress, hassle and complications that can occur in any French building project.
